SAMSARA takes responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of all its properties for the first 2 years after construction. A cost will however have to be incurred by the residents / members of the properties for the aforementioned service.
SAMSARA will appoint at the very least one caretaker / estate manager for each property who will be taking care of, and will be responsible for all maintenance activities along with handling any issues or difficulties a particular member or the society faces. After the 2 years, the maintenance of the building will be handed over to the respective societies to be managed by the occupants of the buildings.
This policy applies to all properties developed by SAMSARA and helps in maintaing aesthetics as well as the resale value of the properties.
